Aloft Shipping and Return Policy

Items may be returned to Aloft within 30 days to receive store credit. Items must be received in a new, unused condition and cannot be laundered, soiled, altered, embroidered or screened.
Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to Aloft International. You will be responsible for shipping your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a traceable shipping service for your return.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed RA, Return Authorization form. The return procedure is available on the website. All returns must be accompanied by the Invoice in order to process the return. Underwear, hats, toques, water bottles, and gift cards are final sale.
Defective Products
If you believe that the product that you have received is defective:
1. Do not use the product. As soon as the product is used, there is no way to prove whether the defect was due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
2. Notify Aloft International and an RA (return authorization form) will be provided to you.
3. Ship the product pre paid to the address as listed on the RA
4. Once the product has been received and examined by Aloft, if deemed defective, you will be refunded your shipping cost, and a replacement product will be shipped to you within 7 days free of charge.
Are there any items that cannot be returned / exchanged?
Clearance / final sale items, altered or hemmed items, screened items, embroidered items, underwear, hats, toques, water bottles, soiled items, and gift cards are final sale.
Where do I ship my return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our RA (return authorization form). It is mandatory to use the RA form to have a return /exchange processed.
How should I ship my return or exchange?
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a completed RA (return authorization form). You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. Aloft International does not accept COD.
How do I use my store credit?
Once your package has been received with a Return Authorization form "RA form", you will receive an email regarding store credit information and your available balance. If it is an exchange, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
You will need to contact us before any arrangements are made for any authorized returns or exchanges.
Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped within 10 days of the fully paid order arriving at Aloft International. You will be notified of any delays within 48 hours of the fully paid order being received by Aloft International.
